Responsibilities
- Noteeting and court specialist supervisor role is key in supervising intake and court specialist; and supporting leadership with client court needs.
- The supervisor role, directly supervises intake and court specialist by providing team and individual supervision.
- Assists AVP with court related presentations and stakeholder facing opportunities.
- Networking with stakeholders to ensure stream of incoming referrals.
- Auditing performance and output of team on a monthly basis and reporting to leadership.
- Assisting in the presentation to stakeholders to inform about services.
- Supervising intake and court specialist to ensure that all required needs are met to ensure specialist role can be successful.
- Screening incoming clients and families to ensure that services are clear and their consent is obtained to enroll new clients.
- Assigning of court related needs on a weekly basis, by coordinating with therapeutic colleague to cover all court related needs for new and existing clients.
- Covering individual court related work.
- Coordinating with program leadership on ensuring staff utilization is being met. This is done through identifying needs to be filled and developing ways to fill those needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors level degree in legal, psychology, or sociology related field.
- Previous experience supervising a team of two or more people.
- Previous experience working in a court related setting.
- Experience in completing intakes with clients in the home or office setting.
- Previous experience working in criminal justice services.
- Cultural competency: Understanding different backgrounds and cultures of clients we work with.
- Ability to complete tasks in a flexible manner.
Salary Range
$70,337.67+Education Additive: $3,800+Bilingual Additive: $3,500
