Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- One-Two (1-2) years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Steps 1-5: $36,309.00-$43,758.00
