Responsibilities
- Serves as a public-facing representative providing guidance to court users while ensuring the efficient processing of court records, filings, and administrative functions.

- Maintains and organizes court files using established filing procedures.
- Prepares notices, orders, correspondence, hearing schedules, and other court-related documents.
- Answers telephone calls and assists members of the public, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Prepares summonses, subpoenas, warrants, and other legal documents in accordance with court procedures.
- Operates recording equipment during court proceedings when assigned.
- Collects, records, and reconciles court fees and other financial transactions.
- Maintains confidentiality of court records and sensitive information.
- Performs related clerical and administrative duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent One to Two (1-2) years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- The preferred candidate is organized, dependable, customer-service oriented, and interested in supporting the administration of justice.
