About the role
To provide program assistance and support to Distance Learning.
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with Instructional Designers, instructors and subject-matter experts to develop instructional materials
- Complete tasks assigned to build and develop materials in the LMS course shells
- Ensure the timely development of accessible instructional materials
- Assist with follow-up and support to instructors as they incorporate materials into their courses
- Assist in course design, development and review process
- Assist in the development of training and workshop materials
- Compiles data and produces routine reports or documents
- Provide support for college wide DE activities and events
- Other duties and committee work as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of customer service techniques
- Knowledge of multimedia design techniques
- Knowledge of current distance learning technologies
- Skill in maintaining an established work schedule
- Skill in effectively using interpersonal and communications skills
- Skill in effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Skill in entering data, maintaining files, and performing other clerical duties
- Skill in maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Work Space
- Ability to use Learning Management System multimedia design and development tools
Requirements
- Two years related work experience
- Associate Degree or educational equivalent
Preferred education
- Bachelor degree
Pay
- $47,840 - $50,188
