Duties
- Pick up the daily mail from the post office box
- Deliver outbound mail to the post office
- Shuttle and deliver company mail between Richmond and Oakland on a daily basis
- Drive to offices in Albany, Dixon, or Petaluma to obtain required signatures on company documents
- Perform other company errands as needed
- General office work as needed (filing, scanning, etc.)
Requirements
- Clean DMV driving record
- Able to carry boxes weighing up to 10 pounds while climbing stairs
- Able to communicate well with others
- Responsible
- Reliable
- Motivated
- Positive can do attitude
