Courier - Environment Testing - Full-Time, 1st shift

About the role

The Courier position at Eurofins Scientific involves transporting samples in compliance with project-specific sampling and analysis plans/protocols. Responsibilities include documenting, packaging, and transporting samples, ensuring quality control, adhering to health and safety policies, operating a motor vehicle, using a smartphone, and driving long distances.

Responsibilities

• Documenting, packaging and transporting samples in accordance with appropriate project-specific sampling and analysis plans/protocols
• Quality control of all assignments and completing documents
• Following and enforcing company health and safety policies
• Operating a motor vehicle and using a smartphone
• Driving long distances (up to 250-300 miles per day, round trip)
• May assist with data collection and routine sampling, as needed
• May be asked to drive to other locations as needed based on business needs
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid state issued driver’s license to drive delivery vehicles
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

• Pay range: $17.75
• Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm as the basic hours for the role, with potential extension to 6pm-8pm on occasion
