Our mission is to make connection fun, personalized, and flexible. We're looking for a Couples Therapist / Relationship & Intimacy Expert to help ensure our game mechanics and user experiences are rooted in established relationship science, supporting connection and intimacy in an inclusive and engaging way. Ideally, you are someone who brings a strong background in psychological research and can help us translate proven relationship frameworks into a digital format that feels inviting, playful, and appealing to couples. What You'll Do Help shape our digital experiences, ensuring the user experience and game mechanics align with established psychological research on connection and intimacyReview and refine content, ensuring it is rooted in the psychology of attraction, connection, and long-term intimacyPartner with the product team to improve the app and ensure it effectively supports healthy couple dynamics and positive outcomes Who You Are You hold a degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in psychology, sexology, or a related field focusing on relationships and intimacyYou have an established, searchable track record of professional credibility in your field (e.g., published research, academic contributions, panel features, or industry-recognized quotes)You have direct experience working with couples and are trained in established couples therapy frameworksYou can make complex relationship science easy to digest, helping us collaboratively turn those concepts into an engaging app experienceYou bring a collaborative, constructive, and pragmatic mindset What We Offer A chance to shape how hundreds of thousands of couples connect and experience intimacyA flexible, remote part-time contract, starting at a few hours a month, with the ability to manage your own scheduleRoom to evolve the role as we grow Interested?
