Couples Therapist

About the role

Savia is a growing outpatient mental health practice providing culturally responsive therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. We are currently seeking a fully licensed Couples Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to join our outpatient team.

Responsibilities

• Provide couples and family therapy services
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with colleagues as needed for consultation and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NJ license (LCSW or LPC required)
• Experience providing couples therapy
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Able to work with diverse populations
• Availability for 2–3 in-office evenings per week
• Bilingual preferred but not required
