County Casework Supervisor (Local Government)

Responsibilities
This role oversees caseworkers who support adolescents and families dealing with serious challenges. You will help guide unit operations and strengthen program effectiveness. As a County Casework Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Staff Supervision: Direct and support caseworkers who manage ongoing services for families
- Program Guidance: Shape and maintain the SCOH unit to ensure strong and effective practices
- Policy Compliance: Follow union, agency, and office policies related to personnel and service delivery
- Service Improvement: Enhance how the unit delivers assistance, guidance, and resources to families
- Professional Growth: Support staff development to strengthen skills and service quality
Schedule
Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework). No telework for the first six (6) months of employment. After an employee has completed six (6) months of employment and has regular status, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, per the program offices' hybrid schedule. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
