Countertop Production Specialist (2nd and 3rd shifts)

Cutting Edge Countertops operates one of the most advanced and efficient countertop manufacturing facilities in the country, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and automated CNC work centers. Our precision-driven processes ensure the production of high-quality countertops, crafted by a skilled team of industry-leading production specialists. We specialize in delivering exceptional craftsmanship for both residential and commercial projects, from small-scale renovations to large developments. Each day, our team successfully fabricates and installs 50 to 60 projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

About the role

We are hiring Countertop Production Specialists for 2nd and 3rd shift at our Perrysburg, Ohio, facility. This is a stable, full-time manufacturing career with a Monday-Friday schedule and an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using overhead cranes and other lifting assists
• Operate saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials
• Operate fabricator-related hand tools used for cutting, grinding, and polishing of material
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve any operational issues
• Perform quality checks to ensure fabricated materials meet required specifications

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail to operate machinery and produce quality products
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematic diagrams
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of machinery operation
• High school diploma or GED
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs, unassisted
