Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality instruction for the Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC)
- Plan and develop training certification for CI agents in line with relevant regulations
- Deliver classroom instruction and assess student performance in demanding training environments
- Utilize various blended learning techniques including eLearning, lectures, and practical exercises
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain one
- Minimum of five years of experience in Counterintelligence (CI) or Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection
- Graduated from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school
- Completion of specific CI or HUMINT source handling courses (e.g., MCC, JMCCC) or comparable experience
- Previous role as a CI Collector with full operational cycle experience
- Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods and walk up to five miles in one day
