Counterintelligence Analyst - Senior

About the role

The Counterintelligence Analyst-Senior supports the Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) SOCCENT J2 Program at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Your role involves providing advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, coordinating with internal and external entities for support and deconfliction as it relates to CI, assimilating large volumes of information, creating reports, developing and delivering multimedia and written reports, researching and developing CI products, and producing, coordinating, and maintaining vetting, validation, and mitigation measures for operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce reports directly supporting client requirements
• Research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reports
• Develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest
• Research, develop, and present CI products at operational, TSOC, and COCOM levels
• Produce, coordinate, and maintain vetting, validation, and mitigation measures for operational activities
• Synchronization and fusion of TSOC and COMCOM guidance related to CI equities and activities into operational level tasks and requirements

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience as CI Agent or equivalent service/interagency specialty focused on HUMINT operations
• 8 years’ general experience in AOR or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience
• 5 years’ specific experience in AOR or specialized skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings
• Equivalent CI Badge and credential producing courses accepted
• Graduate of JCITA or ACICC
