Counterintelligence UTS Instructor - Mid Level

Responsibilities

• Provide Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) instruction to CI personnel
• Plan and execute training certifications for CI Special Agents
• Deliver engaging classroom-based instruction
• Assess student performance during extended field exercises
• Travel within the NCR and CONUS to conduct training sessions

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph
• Graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and advanced source handling course
• Expertise in Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) proven through training and experience
• Experience in CI Collection, Offensive CI Operations, or related fields
• Minimum of five years adapting CI operations to a UTS context
