Counter Sales & Warehouse Flex Position

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales.
• Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate the company's competitive advantage.
• Load and unload trucks using dollies, dolly carts, forklifts, and other tools as needed.
• Unload, inspect, store, and shift incoming product.
• Scan, pick, and load customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phone.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft knowledge.
• Ideal candidate must be successful, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check).

Pay

Competitive pay is offered for this position.

Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with overtime as required.
