Warehouse Worker (Part-Time Flex)

Schedule

Monday (Required) 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or until finish. Remainder of the week work as many or as few hours as you prefer, based on available shifts. 8–29 hrs weekly. Receive notifications on your phone about shifts, work news and events. No need to ask for days off – you decide your schedule.

About the role

Warehouse Operations at Cardinal Health is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Functions include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, and ensuring efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to shipment for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross‑train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and become certified to operate material handling equipment as required (order picker/cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walk‑ie rider).

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; all training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfort working at heights of 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for an entire shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced distribution environment while meeting performance quotas and attendance requirements.
• Experience with technologies such as computers or point‑of‑sale systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English (read and write) to process documents.

Pay

Rate: $19.11 per hour.
