Warehouse Associate (Part-Time, Flex)

Warehouse Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and demand, supply, and manufacturing planning.

Schedule

• Sunday (Required): 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM or until finish
• Remainder of the week: Work as many or as few hours as you prefer based on available shifts
• 8–29 hours weekly
• Receive notifications on your phone about shifts, work news, and events
• No need to ask for days off – you decide your schedule

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider)

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working with heights of 20–30 ft regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing, to process documents
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience with technologies (e.g., computers or point-of-sale systems) is a plus

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience
• Training provided starting on your first day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Pay

$20.61 per hour (Bonus eligible: No)
