About the role
The Counter Sales Person assists customers during the sales/purchase process and responds to inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product knowledge and promote all products sold.
- Suggest replacement/alternative products when appropriate.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products required.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities.
- Physical requirements: stand and walk for prolonged periods, lift up to 70 lbs., and occasionally more.
