Counter Sales/Parts Associate

As a Full-Time Counter Sales/Parts Associate at QC Supply in Batesburg-Leesville, SC, you'll be right in the heart of the action, providing excellent customer service and sales support, as well as ensuring that everything is in its rightful place and ready for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Recommend the best parts and equipment to meet customer needs
• Educate new customers on new products and special promotions
• Operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
• Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts
• Ensure parts counter and showroom are neat and clean
• Perform any daily tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong computer, organizational, and written communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Responds promptly to customer needs
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
