What You'll Do
- Aid walk-in and phone customers with product selection, pricing, quotes, and order placement.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Recommend additional products and identify upselling opportunities that add value for customers.
- Work closely with Branch Management, Outside Sales Representatives, and manufacturer partners to support customer needs.
- Pull, verify, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain organized inventory and stocked sales counters.
- Collaborate with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in ongoing product and industry training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in counter sales, inside sales, customer service, wholesale distribution, or retail sales.
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, construction, building materials, or mechanical products (preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, organization, and motivation to learn.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
