Counter Sales Associate - Oshkosh

Oshkosh, WI – Full‑time

Schedule

6:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday (overtime may be available)

Pay

Hourly wage $22.00 – $27.00 (range increases with parts‑sales experience). Compensation includes a short‑term incentive bonus and a full benefits package. Base salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill order requests.
• Load orders into customers’ vehicles or delivery trucks.
• Provide product information to customers (training provided).
• Assist colleagues in the back‑of‑store warehouse as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 lb.
• Basic computer skills for entering orders.
• Willingness to learn about products through on‑the‑job training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without future VISA sponsorship.
• Preferred but not required: previous sales or retail experience; previous customer service experience.
