Counter Manager (Full Time) Hillsdale Store #420 - Charlotte Tilbury

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell to achieve and exceed financial goals, including AUS and IPT.
• Lead by example on personal KPIs and communicate these to the team.
• Manage and set individual and team sales targets.
• Analyze business performance and plan strategies.
• Promote the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere through team meetings.
• Recognize and celebrate great performance.
• Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' from opening to closing.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock files.
• Control store expenses within budget guidelines.
• Implement visual merchandising and display as directed by the marketing team.
• Raise operational issues for resolution.
• Establish and develop cooperative relationships with the store retail operations team.
• Schedule team to optimize coverage based on customer flow.
• Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
• Adhere to store standards and policies.
