Count Team Lead (FT)

Summary

Aids the Count Team Supervisor in managing the operations of the hard count or soft count team. Ensures adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees count team members to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Trains new team members on count team procedures.
• Performs count team duties, including floor and count room tasks.
• Manages key assignments and cash box movements.
• Operates currency counting equipment and prepares count reports.
• Maintains player tracking system functionality during counts.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Mathematical skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Reasoning ability: Apply common sense understanding to follow instructions.
• Physical demands: Regularly stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities: Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work environment: Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock.
