About the role

RAMAR – Men’s Residential is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Treatment Intake – Becoming a Client. This position involves screening potential clients, conducting intake assessments, and ensuring they are connected to appropriate services.

Responsibilities

• Screening potential clients for admission to RAMAR
• Conducting initial assessments to determine client needs
• Connecting clients to appropriate services and resources
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless client care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
• At least 1 year of experience in substance abuse treatment or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment principles and practices
• Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
