Counselor Supervisor - SUD (OTP)
Responsibilities
- Assigns counselors' caseloads, amends when necessary
- Direct and supervise all intake operations
- Review intake assessment for quality
- Direct pre-admission decisions, case reviews and counseling meetings to ensure services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Conducts quality assurance file reviews
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients
- Maintain counseling caseload
- Provide direct supervision to clinicians as well as assist in the ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service training’s, guest speakers and reviewing literature
- Ensure accurate and current clinical records are maintained in accordance with Federal and State Regulations governing NTP clinics
Qualifications
- Must hold a LMHC, CMHC, LPS, LCSW, CSW, or SSW in the state of Utah
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling from a regionally accredited college
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
- Demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population
- Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen
