Counselor Supervisor
About the role
The Counselor Supervisor will supervise Counselors and Counselor Interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and BayMark’s policies and procedures. The supervisor ensures timely documentation of patient services based on the plan of care and identifies other physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs for assigned patients.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Counselors and Counselor Interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and BayMark’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.
- Identify other physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
- Ensure compliance with all company and funding expectations.
- Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company's budget.
- Travel as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as determined by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Hold one of the following licenses: LMSW, LCSW, or LPC.
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals is a plus.
- Demonstrate a positive, non‑judgmental, and accepting attitude toward the patient population.

- Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Chart accurately.
