Counselor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all intake operations
• Review intake assessments for quality
• Direct pre-admission decisions, case reviews and counseling meetings to ensure services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a small caseload
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians as well as assist in the ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service training’s, guest speakers and reviewing literature

Qualifications

• Must hold an LCSW, LCPC, or LADC with CCS in the state of Maine
• Computer experience required
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience required - SMART EHR preferred
• MAT counseling experience preferred
• Must have prior supervisory experience, be self-motivated and directed

Pay

Salary Range: Salary ranges from $66,560.00 - $73,216.00 annualized

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
