- Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations
- Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements
- Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
Requirements
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Prior supervisory experience
Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $64,000.00 annualized.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
