Counselor Supervisor
About the Role
Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive outpatient clinic setting. Oversee intake operations and patient screenings, maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, monitor treatment plans, facilitate performance improvements, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
- A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Pay
Salary ranges from $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 annualized. The salary will be set based on factors including experience, education, specialty, and training.
