Responsibilities

• Conduct individual initial assessments and bio-psychosocial evaluations to determine service eligibility
• Facilitate, establish, and review individualized treatment plans with each person served
• Involve families, significant others, and residential providers in the recovery process whenever possible
• Respond to individual grievances and complaints, and develop aftercare and discharge plans
• Provide comprehensive risk/crisis evaluations and take appropriate action to ensure safety
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency policy and applicable regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, psychology, human services, etc.)
• LADC, CADAC, or CAS credential preferred
• Two years of related experience in mental health/substance abuse settings, including at least one year of substance abuse experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong understanding of substance use disorders, treatment techniques, and community resources
• Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations

Pay

$21.00-$24.00 per hour
