We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro about Pyramid Healthcare (mission). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading maybe for description of role. The posting includes summary: "Located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Pyramid Healthcare's Hillside treatment center provides specialized detox and residential treatment specifically for men, addressing the unique challenges they face in recovery. Our medically-supervised detox offers 24/7 support, while the residential program builds essential life skills, emotional resilience and relapse-prevention strategies — all on a 16-acre campus overlooking the Pocono Mountains. The Counselor Lead is responsible for providing leadership and support to counselors for all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program." That's about the role. - Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm - Pay: $52,000 - $58,000 - Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list) - Supervisory Responsibilities (list) - Required Qualifications (list) - Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (list) - Physical Demands (list) - Work Environment (prose) - Compensation (some text about wage transparency, but we already have Pay; maybe we can include a Compensation section? The instruction says include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state Pay: $52,000 - $58,000. So we should have a Pay section. Also Schedule section: shift info. - Total Rewards For Full-Time Positions (list benefits). So Benefits section. - Also maybe "About the role" could be the introductory summary. - "Requirements" maybe combine Required Qualifications and Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We need to decide what goes where. - About the role: summary description of role and facility. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities + Supervisory Responsibilities? Could combine both under Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe licensure, education, experience (Required Qualifications). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities? But we also have Skills heading separate. Actually we have separate headings for Qualifications, Skills. So we need to split. Given the headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to allocate: - About the role: introductory summary. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities + Supervisory Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "Licensure, Education, & Experience:" (Required Qualifications). Could also include "Bachelors level with a CADC or are working towards a CADC with a minimum of one year of qualifying clinical experience." That's part of Required Qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe "Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" (the list of abilities). But we also have Skills heading separate. Could treat Qualifications as the knowledge/abilities, and Skills as the specific skills like communication, clinical judgment, problem solving, etc. However the list includes both knowledge and skills. Might split: Qualifications: knowledge (e.g., working knowledge of federal and state standards, etc.) Skills: communication, clinical judgment, problem solving, crisis handling, etc. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We can decide to put all under Skills, and skip Qualifications if not distinct. But we have both headings available; we could put knowledge under Qualifications and abilities under Skills. Let's examine the "Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" section: - Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills - Sound clinical judgment and excellent clinical skills - Ability to problem solve by gathering and analyzing information - Ability to handle a crisis and or potential risk situation and react appropriately - A working knowledge of federal and state standards as well as regulating body and compliance standards. Thus we have both skills and knowledge. Could separate: Qualifications: "A working knowledge of federal and state standards as well as regulating body and compliance standards." Skills: the rest (communication, clinical judgment, problem solving, crisis handling). But also "Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills" is a skill. "Sound clinical judgment and excellent clinical skills" skill. "Ability to problem solve..." skill. "Ability to handle a crisis..." skill. Thus we can put Qualifications: knowledge of standards. Skills: the other items. Now Requirements: maybe the licensure/education/experience. Now Benefits: list from Total Rewards. Pay: $52,000 - $58,000. Schedule: Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Now we need to output HTML with

headings and appropriate
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove "Please note that compensation may vary..." etc? That's part of Compensation section but we already have Pay; we could keep a brief note? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. However we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The compensation note about variation may be considered boilerplate? It's part of the posting but maybe not essential? It's about compensation variation; but we already have Pay range. The note says compensation may vary depending on factors... That's substantive? It's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate but it's about compensation. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly those categories. It's a compensation disclaimer. Might keep? But we already have Pay section; we could include a short

under Pay that says "Compensation may vary depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity." However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate that note into Pay section as a paragraph. Similarly, the "Compensation This position may be subject to state or local wage transparency requirements..." is also boilerplate; we could drop. We need to preserve all substantive information; the disclaimer about variation is maybe not essential but could be considered substantive. However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." This note is minor metadata; we could fold into a short

under Pay or drop it. Probably drop it to keep concise. Similarly, "Total Rewards For Full-Time Positions" list is benefits. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    Requirements

We need to put licensure, education, experience. From Required Qualifications: "Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling with a Master’s level licensure: Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling ), or certification by a state wide certification board (CAADC). Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling and are working towards a Master’s level licensure (Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling), or certification by a state wide certification board (CAADC) Bachelors level with a CADC or are working towards a CADC with a minimum of one year of qualifying clinical experience." This is repetitive; we need to preserve all substantive information but not duplicate lines. The text repeats similar content. We should combine unique points: - Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling. - Either Master’s level licensure (Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling) or certification by a state wide certification board (CAADC). - OR Master’s Degree and working towards a Master’s level licensure (same list) or certification. - OR Bachelors level with a CADC or working towards a CADC with a minimum of one year of qualifying clinical experience. We could present as a list. Thus:

    • A working knowledge of federal and state standards
