Counselor EOF
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We have:
- Summary Job Description (maybe "About the role").
- Principal Duties And Responsibilities (Responsibilities).
- Qualifications (Required and Preferred). Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly.
We have qualifications: REQUIRED and Preferred. Could treat as Qualifications section. Also maybe Skills: we have many skills listed (counseling skills, communication, etc.) Could put under Skills.
We have Salary Range: $76,486.40-$76,486.40 Annual (same number). That's a specific pay figure. So we can include Pay section with that.
Benefits: mention "comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance." Also link to benefits page. So Benefits section.
Schedule: mention "Ability to work on a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate evening or weekend programming activities." Also maybe mention evening/overnight/out-of-state travel. So we can include Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: application instructions, EEO statements, contact info, inclusion statement, etc. Also remove "Procedure for Candidacy" etc. Keep substantive info.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like duties list exactly? We can keep as list items.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

Skills
(Skills are covered in Qualifications; but we need a Skills section if we have specific skills not already covered. Could list: counseling, communication, interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, presentation, leadership, computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Zoom, Adobe, Navigate/Canvas, Workday, Banner), social media design/content creation, event planning, financial aid knowledge, bilingual ability.) However we must not invent details; we can extract from posting: "Preferred Previous event planning experience. Demonstrated knowledge of financial aid. Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Arabic, or English/Haitian Creole)." Also "Strong counseling skills", etc. We could put these under Skills. But we already have Qualifications covering many. To avoid duplication, maybe we treat Qualifications as the list of qualifications and Skills as separate for specific skill sets like event planning, financial aid, bilingual, computer skills. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But headings are prescribed; we must use them if we have content. We have content for Qualifications (required and preferred). We also have content for Skills (event planning, financial aid, bilingual, computer skills). We could put those under Skills. Let's extract: - Strong counseling skills (already in Qualifications) - Ability to establish rapport... - Asset-based approach... - Ability to thrive... - Demonstrated experience developing strong working relationships... - Effective communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, presentation, and leadership skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize deadlines. - Proficient computer skills, including Google Workspace, email and calendar platforms, Zoom, Adobe, and Navigate/Canvas, with familiarity with internet-based software applications and student information systems such as Workday and Banner, as well as experience with social media design, content creation, and maintenance. - Ability to work on a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate evening or weekend programming activities. - Preferred: Previous event planning experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of financial aid. - Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Arabic, or English/Haitian Creole). We could put all these under Skills, but then Qualifications would be just the degree and experience. However the posting lumps them together as Qualifications. To follow instruction, we need to decide. Given the instruction: "Use
