Responsibilities

Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Somerset County with 24/7 coverage required
Case management/documentation and collaboration with CP&P and other providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field with 1 ½ years’ experience with families
• Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
• Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history

Pay

$42,000 per year plus Sign on Bonus $2,500
