Counsel - Operations

About the role

This attorney will partner closely with business teams and legal executives, providing guidance on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product development, intellectual property, supply chain, product liability, and other day-to-day operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on commercial transactions and corporate law
• Assist with regulatory compliance and product development
• Manage supply chain and product liability issues
• Support intellectual property matters
• Handle other day-to-day operational legal matters

Requirements

• 3+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house
• Strong background in commercial transactions, corporate law, and business counseling
• Deep understanding of commercial legal issues relevant to business operations
• Comfortable running tasks independently
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Experience in a manufacturing industry and exposure to global trade matters preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Outstanding references required

Pay

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $185,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
