Counsel, Commercial Transactions (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Deliver business-focused legal advice on contracts and amendments
• Support senior counsel on third-party risk management initiatives
• Identify data and privacy issues for collaboration with experts
• Work collaboratively across functions to solve problems and close deals
• Anticipate and address legal concerns creatively in a dynamic environment
• Contribute to developing templates and process improvements for contract reviews

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts or corporate transactions
• Expertise in technology agreements, SaaS contracts, and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with privacy, AI, intellectual property, and cybersecurity
