Council Operations Officer - Timber Creek
The Opportunity
Awaits Join our Council Operations team and play a hands-on role in maintaining and improving community assets and public spaces.
What your day will look like
- Perform grounds maintenance in Community and minor road works.
- Whipper snipping and mowing operations.
- Maintain all equipment and plant used in a safe, clean and serviceable condition.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure WHS regulations are adhered to.

- Reliable and motivated team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality services to the community.
- Practical, hands-on approach, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Can adapt to a variety of operational tasks and changing priorities.
- Takes pride in maintaining community public spaces.
- Works effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
Other Requirements
- White Card (or ability to obtain).
- First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain).
- Criminal History Check (issued within the last 3 months).
- Current Working with Children’s Clearance (Ochre Card).
- Valid unrestricted Driver’s Licence.

6 weeks of Annual Leave plus 17.5% leave loading.
