We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel role at a skilled nursing facility. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining functional independence and performing daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Follow care plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Support patient progress and document outcomes
- Collaborate with licensed therapists and interdisciplinary team
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) training
- Provide therapeutic positioning and adaptive equipment recommendations
Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington State COTA license or ability to obtain one
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred
