We are seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. Key Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy treatments as outlined in care plansAssist residents with activities to improve ADLs, mobility, and coordinationMonitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational TherapistMaintain accurate and timely documentationEnsure a safe and supportive therapy environmentCollaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programActive, unencumbered COTA license in South CarolinaExperience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferredFamiliarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
