About the role
Circleville Post Acute is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their rehabilitation team.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help residents improve their independence, mobility, and quality of life.
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
- Encourage and motivate residents as they work toward their rehabilitation goals.
Requirements
- Current Ohio COTA license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality care.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
