About the role
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled home care team in a part-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists with patient evaluations
- Develop treatment plans
- Prepare progress notes
- Educate patients and families on equipment and therapy programs
- Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions
- Participate in case conferences
- Ensure quality care
Requirements
- Current COTA license in Michigan
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
Qualifications
Preferred candidates have at least one year of home care experience.
