About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients (birth to 21)
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team
  • Incorporate family-centered care and cultural competence into every session
  • Complete case management and documentation consistent with department standards

Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited COTA program
  • NBCOT certification
  • Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • New grads welcome!

Qualifications

  • Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 5 hours daily
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay

  • Hourly: $30 to $44.10/hour or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $42 to $54/billed hour

Schedule

  • Choose a four- or five-day work week with flexible start times, no mandatory overtime
