The Job

As a Cook at our upscale Italian restaurant, Costa, you'll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity.

The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ Years of Prior experience as a professional Cook in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Italian and/or fine dining cuisines and cooking techniques is a bonus
• Willing and able to work Part-Time schedule, consisting of 24-30 hours per week. Fridays and Saturdays are a MUST including weekends and holidays

Pay

The Rate For This Role Is $23.05 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
