Costa Grill Food Runner/Busser - On Call

Job Overview

We prepare, inspire, empower, and entrust you to join our dream maker culture. You will assist the server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests courteously and efficiently. You will also maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment. You will stock all wares and equipment needed for service.

Qualifications

• Essential: Food handling certification, minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages, fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally, provide legible communication and directions, compute basic arithmetic, ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy, prioritize, organize and follow up, be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment, follow directions thoroughly, understand guest’s service needs, work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team, work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent resort data.
• Desirable: High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, previous experience in a similar position, certification of previous training in alcohol awareness program, certification of previous training in sanitation, certification in CPR, previous guest relations training, fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish/other.
