Cost Controls Analyst
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify work scope, technical sequencing, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Communicate with various project teams and internal work groups
- Prepare cost performance and cash flow projections utilizing budget
- Manage changes and keep teams aware of changes to the budget
- Update individual tasks and Project Performance Indicators as indicated on progress updates
- Review and report on project accruals and expenditures
- Aid in project closeout
Requirements
- Required Education/Experience: BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience supporting a high volume of projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a good communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About The Role
This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Cost Controls Analyst to join our Project Controls team. This role can be based in Denver CO, Houston TX, or Kansas City MO.
Pay
Expected Salary (all locations): $89,000-$120,000
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $89,000-$120,000
