Cost Controller

About the role

Responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the budgeting process and monitor expenditures against budgets.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with internal controls and external regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and provide financial advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
