Cost Accountant (Hybrid)
This role is performed in a hybrid remote work format, splitting time between the Fort Wayne, IN office and a remote location of your choosing. Applicants must either reside within a reasonable daily commute of Fort Wayne or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
Responsibilities
- Administration of backflush pools and standards
- Administration and forecasting of tariffs
- Coordination of site level scorecard reporting
- Manpower reporting and assisting with the forecast
- Guaymas hours tracking, monitoring, and forecasting
- Coordinating with onsite Mexican personnel
- Management and tracking of royalties
- Supporting the processing of customer rebates
- Coordination and ownership of Mexican facility hours tracking, forecasting, and updating of standards
- Performance of onsite Fort Wayne labor audits
- Running various ad hoc reporting
Requirements
- Business degree with, at a minimum, Financial and Managerial Accounting courses
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and those in another country
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL writing experience
- Experience with Oracle ERP system
- Advanced Excel skills
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $46,146 – $78,448. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
