Key Responsibilities
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs
- Maintain standard costs and perform cost roll-ups
- Manage inventory valuation, WIP, and finished goods
- Analyze production and cost variances
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Afford assistance with government contract compliance and audits
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP or Epicor
- Pearson with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams
- Support NPI costing and profitability analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 - 4+ years of Cost Accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of standard costing and inventory accounting
- Aerospace/Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Government contracting experience is a plus
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
