Cost Accounting
- Responsible for product or project cost accounting, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of cost data.
- Review product cost or project cost accounting data in the SAP system to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare cost accounting reports, such as variance analysis reports and income-cost matching reports, to provide decision support for management.
Cost Control
- Control various cost expenditures of the company, conduct cost, expense, and inventory analysis, and propose cost reduction/optimization plans.
- Monitor operational indicators and facilitate their achievement, track daily cost data anomalies, and report promptly for corrective actions.
- Analyze and control procurement costs, storage costs, and R&D costs, manage risks at the source, and accelerate capital turnover.
General Ledger Management
- Based on general ledger data, verify the alignment of system accounts and sub-accounts, ensuring consistency with relevant detailed account data.
- Prepare and register various detailed accounts and the general ledger, regularly closing accounts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting processing.
- Organize accounting materials, compile and bind monthly accounting and related economic data to ensure completeness of documents, neatness of vouchers, and easy retrieval.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in inventory checks and audits, analyze the inventory status, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Complete tax declaration matters to ensure the factory's tax compliance.
- Carry out other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Education Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with solid accounting theory knowledge and practical experience.
Work Experience
- More than 5 years of experience as a general ledger accountant or cost accountant in a manufacturing enterprise, familiar with cost accounting and control processes in factories.
- Proficient in financial management systems such as SAP, with good system operation skills.
Professional Skills
- Proficient in accounting principles, accounting standards, and financial statement preparation methods, with strong financial analysis skills.
- Familiar with U.S. tax laws and tax planning methods, able to handle cost-related tax issues correctly.
- Skilled in using Excel, Word, and other office software, with good data processing and documentation writing abilities.
- CMA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
