Key Responsibilities

• Perform cost accounting analysis, including variance investigation
• Evaluate capital investments and support inventory management
• Analyze budget vs. actuals, forecasts, and financial variances
• Develop reporting and insights to support business decisions
• Review and coordinate financials with a shared services center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of financial analysis or cost accounting experience
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• ERP experience (Oracle and/or SAP preferred)

Pay Rate: $110,000-$125,000  |  Location: Beverly, MA (Hybrid)
