• Monitor and analyze production costs, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Maintain and update cost accounting records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, providing management with timely and accurate information for decision-making.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in inventory management and valuation processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cost Accountant in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
