What You Will Be Doing

Supporting production integration efforts and various business processes in a team-based environment.

The job requires knowledge and experience in several cross-functional areas, including Cost Account Management (CAM), production planning and control, total quality management, engineering (systems, manufacturing, equipment, and facilities), material management, and process reengineering.

Facilitating self-directed work teams

Offering training in core skill areas

Interacting with internal and external customers regarding the CAM function, budget, financial requirements, product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Brief Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Desired Skills: Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), experience working on a DoD contract, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong oral and written communication skills, experience or related education in program management processes, proven track record of working to milestones and tight timelines, self-starter that is comfortable explaining situations and details to various levels of the overall team from Shop Supervisors to Sr. Management Team
